"Broa de Avintes" -bread 

Bread from Avintes village in north of Portugal

- made from rye and corn flour.

Still made in a traditional way which uses caw's droppings to seal the oven when baking the Broa de Avintes.

It lasts for around 2weeks without additional preservation.
