Nothing to waste, you can eat everything -head, bones and tale.

Portuguese fresh beer goes really nice with them. yam yam :) 

 Cooking the fish is very simple.

Season with salt and prepare with flour for deep frying.

"Bordalo" -(river fish) 

These little fish are caught in a river.

Portuguese people do not eat any small fish because it's banned by the law (not sure if it's true...). 
​ So maybe this is the smallest fish you can get to eat in this country and they are really tasty.
