Nothing to waste, you can eat everything -head, bones and tale.
Portuguese fresh beer goes really nice with them. yam yam :)
Cooking the fish is very simple.
Season with salt and prepare with flour for deep frying.
"Bordalo" -(river fish)
These little fish are caught in a river.
Portuguese people do not eat any small fish because it's banned by the law (not sure if it's true...).
So maybe this is the smallest fish you can get to eat in this country and they are really tasty.
